The ACVO/StokesRx National Service Animal Eye Exam program is one of four non-profit programs being recognized by the new NAVC VIC awards (Veterinary Innovation Council’s Innovation Awards). This program has been nominated in the Innovation Award category and was selected from 116 initial nominations. The VIC awards are "positioned to become an annual program, designed to recognize people and organizations who have dedicated themselves to the betterment of the animal health industry through innovations that make a difference in the lives of animals everywhere." This is a fantastic opportunity for ACVO's ophthalmologists, specialty medicine, sponsors and others behind the great works of our Service Animal buddies, to gain more recognition and reach throughout the US.
